testnet§45X — Advanced Manufacturing

§45X — Domestic clean-energy manufacturing, tokenized per unit

A credit-per-unit (or credit-per-kWh of battery) for U.S.-made clean energy hardware: PV cells, wafers, inverters, battery cells, wind blades and nacelles, and 50 critical mineral conversions.

The trade

§45X is a per-unit credit on U.S. clean-energy manufacturing output — roughly 30 distinct component types each with its own rate. The credit is earned on production-and-sale and runs through 2032 with a step-down beginning 2030.

BV tokenizes per-unit at the manufacturing-output meter, with a component-type registry mapping to the specific §45X rate.
