Trusted Certified Partners

This is the only sanctioned way to represent MXTK. If you want to introduce or work with MXTK's clients — mineral and asset owners, and institutions that use MXTK as collateral — this is the path: learn what MXTK actually is, pass the certification, sign the agreements, and get listed so those clients can verify you. No one represents, promotes, or solicits for MXTK without it.

Who MXTK is for, and why this program exists

MXTK is real-world capital. Its clients are mineral and asset owners who bring validated holdings into the reserve, and the institutions — central banks, commercial banks, private equity — that use MXTK as collateral in their credit and liquidity programs. It is not a retail investment product. We do not have investors in the traditional sense, and partners never solicit U.S. persons as investors — that channel is Regulation S, non-U.S. only, and it is separate from these client relationships.

When someone who does not understand that goes into the market claiming to sell or speak for MXTK, they put clients, counterparties, and MXTK at risk — and they usually get the facts wrong. We would rather bring capable people inside, teach them the boundaries, hold them to a standard, and stand behind them publicly, than have anyone represent MXTK without alignment.

So the deal is simple. Get certified and we will back you. Operate outside the program and you are not authorized — and clients can confirm that in seconds on the verification page.

How it works

Four steps from interested to certified. Each gate is real — you cannot skip the knowledge check, and nothing is shared or represented before the agreements are signed.

1

Learn what MXTK actually is

Read the program and the public Trust page so you can describe MXTK accurately — what it is, and who it serves: mineral and asset owners who bring holdings into the reserve, and the institutions (central banks, commercial banks, private equity) that use MXTK as collateral in their programs. Misdescription is the fastest way to lose standing.

2

Pass the certification knowledge check

A short assessment covering real-world assets, MXTK's structure, the Regulation S posture, and the rules of representation. It confirms you understand the boundaries before you speak to anyone on our behalf.

3

Sign the NDA and Partner Agreement

Nothing beyond public information is shared, and no one represents MXTK, until an NDA and the applicable Partner Agreement are executed. Your authorized scope and territory are defined in that agreement.

4

Get certified, listed, and monitored

On approval you receive a Partner ID and appear in the public verification directory so your clients can confirm you are legitimate. Certification is reviewed on an ongoing basis and can be suspended or revoked.

Tiers of authorization

Your tier defines exactly what you may do. It is named on your credential and in the public directory, so there is never ambiguity about your authority.

Authorized Introducer

Make warm introductions of qualified clients — mineral and asset owners, and institutions that use MXTK as collateral. The entry tier — no representing or negotiating on MXTK's behalf.

May

  • Introduce a named client — a mineral or asset owner, or an institution (central bank, commercial bank, private equity) that would use MXTK as collateral
  • Share the public site and approved overview
  • Hand the relationship to MXTK once an NDA is in place

Requires

  • Pass the certification knowledge check
  • Executed NDA
  • Signed Introducer Agreement

Certified Partner

Represent MXTK to qualified clients within an agreed scope and territory, using only approved materials. The standard tier for an ongoing relationship.

May

  • Present MXTK-approved materials to qualified clients — asset owners and institutions that use MXTK as collateral
  • Represent MXTK within the scope and territory named on your credential
  • Accompany clients through diligence under NDA and MXTK's process

Requires

  • Everything in Authorized Introducer
  • Signed Certified Partner Agreement (scope + territory defined)
  • Quarterly activity attestation

Strategic Partner

A named, deeper relationship with a defined mandate. By invitation, after a track record as a Certified Partner.

May

  • Operate a defined mandate agreed directly with MXTK
  • Co-develop specific client relationships

Requires

  • Everything in Certified Partner
  • A bespoke mandate agreement executed with MXTK

The rules

Every certified partner agrees to these. They are the standard we enforce, and they are the acknowledgments you accept when you apply. The binding NDA and Partner Agreement are separate documents you sign before certification.

  • I will not represent, promote, or solicit on behalf of MXTK without a current, signed Partner Agreement and an executed NDA.
  • I will not solicit U.S. persons as investors in MXTK — the investment channel is Regulation S, offered to non-U.S. persons only. This is separate from client relationships (mineral and asset owners, and institutions that use MXTK as collateral), which follow MXTK's own process.
  • I will use only MXTK-approved materials. I will not create my own claims, marketing, or projections about MXTK.
  • I will not make price, trading, yield, return, or performance claims of any kind. I will refer all such questions to MXTK and the public Trust page.
  • I will not accept or answer open diligence questionnaires from unidentified parties. I will route qualified, named counterparties through MXTK's NDA and diligence process.
  • I will describe what backs MXTK accurately and will not overstate audits, appraisals, reserves, or endorsements.
  • I will only approach clients with whom I have a genuine, direct relationship and who are a legitimate fit — no broad cold outreach on MXTK's behalf.
  • I understand that misrepresentation, or breach of any rule above, results in suspension or revocation and removal from the verification directory.

Monitoring and revocation

Certification is not a one-time badge. Certified Partners attest to their activity on a recurring basis, and MXTK reviews conduct on an ongoing basis. Misrepresentation, unapproved claims, soliciting U.S. persons as investors, or any breach of the rules above leads to suspension or revocation.

When that happens, the change is reflected in the public directory: a revoked partner shows as revoked, so a client checking on them sees the truth. That transparency is the point — it protects your clients and it protects the partners who play it straight.

Working with someone who says they represent MXTK?

Verify them. A real MXTK partner appears in our public directory with an active status, a defined scope, and a territory. If they are not listed as active, they are not authorized — no matter what they tell you.
