The trade
A 30-year mortgage doesn't need a 90-day collections cycle and a fax machine. MortgageServicing handles payment processing, fee accrual, default detection, and pool routing on-chain. Borrowers pay MXD; servicer-of-record (BV) takes 25 bps; the post-fee remainder routes either to the NFT owner of record or to a configured pool receiver (e.g. a TMBPool).
